Ingredients:
1 and ¾ c of Quick oats
1 and ½ c of flour
1 c of packed light LT brown sugar
1 c of raisins
1 c of semisweet chocolate chips
1 c of walnuts (chopped)
¾ c of applesauce
½ c of softened butter
½ c of sugar
1 Tsp of baking powder
1 Tsp cinnamon
½ Tsp salt
½ Tsp nutmeg
½ Tsp soda
1 large egg
Procedure:
1. Prepare the oven by preheating it to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix baking powder, oats, cinnamon, soda, flour, nutmeg and salt in a medium-sized bowl. Combine thoroughly using a wire whisk. Set aside until needed.
3. Get another bowl. This time, a larger one and mix sugar using an electric mixture at moderate speed. Add the butter to the sugar and blend until a grainy paste is formed.
4. Add the applesauce and the egg with the sugar and butter mixture and blend the mixture until smooth. Put the flour mixture, walnuts, raisins and chocolate chips and mix at low speed. Stop until the mixture is combined.
5. Drop the batter by tablespoons onto baking sheets (lightly greased). Make sure dough are 2 inches apart.
6. Bake the dough for about 12-14 minutes, or until the cookies turns light brown.
7. Once cookies are baked, transfer the cookies right away using a spatula to a flat surface.
