T.G.I. Friday’s Soy Sauce Dressing

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp minced green onion stems

2 Tbsp soy sauce

1/3 c cider vinegar

1/3 c peanut oil

1/3 c water

½ Tsp prepared hot mustard

 

 

Procedure:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a jar with a tight lid.

Serves: 2-4

 

Ingredients:

4 med. Russet potatoes

1 and ½ c cheddar cheese (shredded)

¼ c melted unsalted butter (about ½ stick)

1/3 c sour cream

1 tbsp snipped fresh chives

5 slices of cooked bacon

 
Procedure:

1. Prepare the oven by preheating it to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the oven is preheated, bake the Russet potatoes for about an hour.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Diced Red Onions

1/2 teaspoon Finely Diced Garlic

1/2 cup Water

1/2 cup Brown Sugar

1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1/3 cup White Grape Juice

1/2 cup Jack Daniels Black Label Bourbon

1/2 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce

Method:

1. Place ingredients in sauce pan in order listed.

2. Mix and stir after each ingredient.

3. Place on medium heat and stir until mixture reaches boiling stage.

4. Reduce temperature to low until mixture is slowly simmering.

5. Cook sauce for 35 – 45 minutes.
