Ingredients:

1 Tsp olive oil

4 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp flour

2 Tbsp chopped parsley

½ c half-and-half

¾ c Romano Cheese

1 c milk

10 milliliters crushed garlic

White pepper (to taste)

 

Procedure:

1. Create a light roux on moderate heat with butter and olive oil then put flour.
