Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Crab Bake

Here’s a nice replica recipe for the famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits from Red Lobster. This adaptation has thrown in a little crab in it. If you enjoy those cheesy and tender biscuits that are given away with every Red Lobster meal, then you’ll definitely enjoy making this recipe. On top of that, it’s also very easy to make. I recommend using fresh crabmeat for this recipe like what they use in the restaurants. However, if you don’t have fresh crab meat with you, you can also use the canned variety available in the market. You will still love the taste of this appetizer from Red Lobster without leaving a tip.

Makes: 8 pieces

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp butter (divided and melted)

½ tsp parsley flakes

¼ tsp garlic powder

2 c of Bisquick baking mix

1 and ¾ c cheddar cheese (finely shredded)

2/3 c milk

1/3 c fresh or canned lump crab meat

Procedure:

1. Prepare the oven by preheating it to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a medium-size bowl, mix a cup of cheddar cheese, baking mix, half of the melted butter and milk. Combine the ingredients using your hand until combined thoroughly.

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 tablespoon water

¼ cup of bottled Hidden Valley Ranch

¼ cup of mayonnaise

¼ cup of Wish bone Italian dressing

Procedure:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using a wire whisk. Do so until mixture becomes creamy and smooth.
