Secret Recipes

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

3/8 Tsp MSG

¼ Tsp onion powder

¼ Tsp garlic powder

1 Tsp baking powder

1 and ¼ Tsp salt

1 and ½ Tsp yeast

2 Tsp sugar

2 Tbsp cornmeal

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 c of bread flour

1 and 1/3 c of water

2 c of unbleached all-purpose flour

Note: you may also use ONLY all-purpose flour for this recipe

Procedure:

BREAD MACHINE:

Put all the ingredients to the bread machine based on the instructions given by the manufacturer. Set the machine to “dough”.

Serves: 4   

Ingredients:

1 and ½ pack of onion soup mix

1 can of V-8 juice (6-oz)

2 pound ground round

1 pound Jar Prego spaghetti sauce (flavored in meant)

4 cups of uncooked assorted pasta (cooked until al dente)

½ cup grape jelly

Provolone cheese

Mozzarella cheese

28 ounce stewed tomatoes (sliced style)

2 tablespoons oil

Procedure:

1. Cook the meat in oil until brown.

2. Crumble the meat using a fork, continue doing so until the pink color becomes brown. Then, reduce the heat to low.
