1/8 cup water

¼ cup diced lean bacon (fried and drained)

¼ cup diced bell pepper

¼ cup diced cooked lean ham

¼ diced sweet onions

¾ cup finely shredded cheddar cheese (keep ¼ cup for garnish)

¼ cup diced tomatoes (optional)

Procedure:

1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan over moderate-low heat. Then, add the bell peppers and onions. Continue stirring until the peppers and onions turn soft. But, make sure not to brown them.

2. Put the diced ham and stir again until ham is heated through and limp. Once cooked, remove the saucepan immediately from the heat then set it aside for later use.
