Cinnabon Icescape

What makes this drink from Cinnabon special is the special ingredient that Cinnabon ONLY refers to as “dairy product” that is mixed with some ice and concentrated flavoring using a blender. When you blend this drink until smooth, it results to this thick and revitalizing drink that tastes and looks like it was made with ice cream on it. For this copied recipe, you’ll be needing a bit of half-and-half, which is half milk and half cream. This version of Cinnabon’s special drink offers that exact creamy consistency like the original version that has its special “dairy product” in it. The most famous flavor for this drink is strawberry. However, the other two flavors also taste great! The Mochalatta flavor makes use of the Mochalatta Chill recipe from TSR. Its final outcome is a thicker edition of the popular drink which tastes and looks like the popular Starbuck’s Frappucino.

 

Strawberry Icescape

Serves: 2 large drinks

 

Ingredients:

¼ C Hershey’s strawberry syrup

¼ C lemon juice

¼ C granulated sugar

1 C water

½ C half-and-half

1/3 C frozen whole strawberries (approximately 4 large strawberries)

3 C crushed ice

 

Procedure:

1. Mix the sugar with water in a large cup then stir. Stop stirring after the sugar dissolved.

Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll

Serves: 10 

 

Ingredients:

Dough

¼ C of warm water

1 C of milk (room temp)

1 Lge. Beaten egg

¼ C softened butter

1 Tbsp.. sugar

½ Tsp. salt

4 C all-purpose white flour

½ Pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix

1 Tbsp.. bread machine yeast

 

Filling

¼ C softened butter

1 C packed brown sugar

1 Tbsp.. cinnamon

 

Cream Cheese Cinnamon Frosting

½ Tsp. cinnamon

½ Tsp vanilla extract

4 oz softened cream cheese

1 ½ C powdered sugar

½ Tbsp.. milk

¼ C softened butter

 

Procedure:

 

Dough

1. Get the bread machine and put all the dough ingredients. Make sure to follow the order listed above when you put the ingredients. Then, start preparing the dough with the use of the dough setting.
