Chi Chi’s Mild Salsa

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients:

1 Ds Tabasco (AE Sauce) or according to taste

2 Large green onions (snipped)

½ Tsp black pepper

½ Tsp salt

1 Can (14 ounce) stewed tomatoes (sliced)

1 Large ripe tomato (diced and cored)

 

Procedure:

1. In a saucepan, put the salt, pepper, fresh tomatoes and onions. Then, get the stewed tomatoes and slice it. Mix the sliced stewed tomatoes with the rest of the ingredients on the saucepan.

Serves 4 people.

4 ounces flap or skirt steak marinated in soy sauce, pineapple juice, garlic, salt and black pepper

1 ounce sliced red peppers

1 ounce sliced green peppers
