Carl’s Jr. Ranch Crispy Chicken Sandwich

For this other crispy chicken recipe from Carl’s Jr., we will also use some of the elements used on the Carl’s Jr. Bacon Swiss Crispy Chicken Sandwich recipe. This version of another crispy chicken sandwich of Carl’s Jr. is a combination of fried chicken breast, tomato, lettuce and topped with its famous ranch dressing. You can utilize the both the recipes together to create up two different crispy chicken sandwiches of different tastes. Surely, your diners will love your burgers!

 

Serves: 4 sandwiches

 

Ingredients:

 


Ranch Dressing

 

1/8 teaspoon parsley

dash ground black pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons hot water

1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

dash dill weed

1/2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin

1 tablespoon buttermilk

2 tablespoons sour cream

1/8 teaspoon onion powder

dash garlic powder

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon sugar

 

4 lettuce leaves

1 egg

1 cup water

4 tomato slices

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

4 sesame seed hamburger buns

2 1/2 teaspoons salt

4 chicken breast fillets

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon paprika

6 to 8 cups vegetable shortening

1 teaspoon onion powder

 

 

Procedure:

 

1. Preheat a deep fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the fryer is heated, heat 6 to 8 cups of shortening on the fryer. Pan frying with the use of a large frying pan is also admissible if you don’t have your own deep fryer. However, if you’re going to pan fry, you only need a couple of shortening cups.

1. Preheat a deep fryer and put 6-8 cups of shortening at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. You can also use a large frying pan for this if you don’t have a deep fryer using a couple of shortening cups.
